Hardenet is the trade name of an independent network engineer registered for tax purposes in Portugal.

Privacy
This website
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking, and has no forms. The hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses only to deliver and protect the site.
Bookings and payments
When you book a consultation, the details you provide (name, email, company, tax number and a description of the problem) are used to prepare and hold the call and to issue the invoice. They are processed on my behalf by Cal.com (scheduling), Stripe (payment), Zoom (the call) and Google Workspace (email and calendar).
If you write to me, I use your message only to reply and to follow up on your request.
How long
Invoicing data is kept for the period required by tax law. Everything else is deleted once it is no longer needed for your request.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contacto@hardenet.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority: the CNPD in Portugal or the AEPD in Spain.
